Identifying and Prioritizing the Effective Criteria in Selecting Lean Six Sigma Improvement Projects in the Healthcare Sector

The main objective of this study was to identify and prioritize effective criteria in selecting Lean Six Sigma improvement projects the healthcare treatment sector Iran. present an applied research terms a descriptive analytical one according methodology data collection approach. statistical population included experts managers with experience field implementing lean six sigma We used interviews questionnaire tools collect data. were identified through reviewing previous research, which then prioritized based on experts’ opinions using BWM method. According results, out dimensions 20 identified, customer development dimension weight 0.387 satisfaction criterion 0.066 determined as most criterion, respectively. Accordingly, directors medical centers organizations affiliated are recommended pay special attention these defined effectively implement managing relationship.
